Greenbridge Cafe is owned and operated by Chef Blanca Rodriguez formerly executive chef of Nordstrom Restaurants and current owner of Pimienta Bistro & Bar in Federal Way.

This Cafe is a neighborhood gem using only fresh, local ingredients for it’s delicious selection of gourmet sandwiches and soups. We offer wonderful assortment of hot foods, fresh-baked goods and coffee or tea for breakfast. Lunches include an assortment of fresh gourmet sandwiches on assorted artisan breads complimented by soups made with local northwest ingredients.

 

Our philosophy is to support the Greenbridge community by providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers. This is the perfect place to get out of the office for lunch with your peers or stop in for some delicious food and catch up with an old friend.
